Anchored in the past, moving toward the future, making disciples for Christ along the way.

Pea Ridge United Methodist Church is a place where many of us feel at home. We are a church home to people from all backgrounds, and we rejoice in each new person who comes our way. We hope that your use of this website becomes a means of building our community as we recognize and know each other better.

Our goal is to enable you to make faith in God a vital part of your everyday life. We create environments where worship is meaningful and contemporary, teaching from the Bible is relevant to life situations, friendships are significant, care is compassionately encouraging and prayer is practiced as continuing communication with God. Visitors say that they welcome our size as it provides lots of meaningful choice and an opportunity to “check things out” as they get acquainted. If you want to explore the exciting life of Christian Discipleship, if you like the challenge of a church “in transition” in a growing community… if you want to know that God is real and has a purpose for your life, then we invite you to join us on the journey.

BRENT VERNON in concert
THURSDAY, August 22 @ 7:00 pm

With the warmth of August, we at Pea Ridge UMC, invite the community to some neighborhood hospitality – A good Old fashion ice cream social! What a way to beat the summer time heat with a treat of ice cream topped with your favorite condiments followed by Brent Vernon In Concert (admission is free – love offering accepted)

Brent Vernon is a singer-songwriter and ventriloquist from South Florida. Using songs, stories, and humor to communicate his faith, Brent has crisscrossed the United States countless times as well as performing in Ireland, Australia, Canada, and the Caribbean.

In addition to an instrumental album, a children’s album, and a Christmas LP, Brent has released three studio albums. According to Brent, his newest release, Hope & Hunger, is his most personal. With songs of hope and redemption, Brent encourages his listeners to passionately seek God’s Kingdom while resting in God’s faithfulness. Brent is also the author and illustrator of the Audrey Amaka storybook series and, most recently, two tales about “The Gingerbrood”–a lively batch of gingerbread cookies!

Whether it’s in a church, school, or at a special event, Brent welcomes every opportunity to share.
